Chef Clement Ronald Ng


  Chef Clement Ronald Ng used to be an interior design by profession, but he gave up his entire career to pursue his most-loved hobby, which is "home-styled cooking".

     Chef Clement came into the food and beverage industry with his uncompromising vision towards nutrition, nature and natural taste of food. He embarked onto floral cuisine with his knowledge of plants which caught numerous writeouts from both media and food bloggers alike. Things do not stop there as he carries on doing his research on food and nutrition. On his next phase, he goes on to "color cuisine" which is nutrition through colors.

     Winner of the prestigious Women's Weekly gold plate ward for "Best Concept Restaurant 2008", gold plate award for "Vegetarian / Organic Category 2009", and Mentor Chef award 2009 from "At-Sunrice" - Global Chef Academy, does not stop him to continue improving and creating new homestyle wholesome dishes. He continues to be a well respected aspiring mentor to students in the culinary industry.

     His motto is "cook with passion from the soul and serve it with love" is what Eden Sanctuary Floral Cafe and all his chefs are working towards.
